CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
To wake up the screen on the keypad, use all four of your fingers to swipe from the top to the bottom of the screen. You'll then see four groups of digit numbers - this is where you'll enter your Access Code, which will be the last six digits of your phone number. Press the center button (the circle -shaped icon) at the bottom of the screen to unlock. For more detailed instructions, please refer to http://apiserv03c.lockly.com/keypad_guide.html.
The code will be activated at approximately 4pm on your check-in day and will deactivate at 10am on your check-out date. The door will automatically lock when closed, ensuring your safety and security. If you have any trouble, feel free to press the "Talk" button to speak with me. Payment Policy
Accept deposit using credit card transaction. Personal check can be accepted as second part of payment or security (damage) deposit 30 days prior arrival time.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.
